IN CONTEMPT OF TWO COURTS - A DECEPTIVE, MISLEADING AND DEFAMATORY REVIEW

The Family Law Act states that information disclosed during family law proceedings, including mediation, must remain confidential and not be used for other purposes, such as in an Amazon review.  Part 55 of the Supreme Court Rules 1970 states the same.

This breach constitutes CONTEMPT OF COURT – a serious offence. Penalties for contempt can include fines, imprisonment, or other sanctions, depending on the severity of the offense and are at the courts’ discretion.

If you are wondering why I am bringing this up, it's because I was recently made aware of a deceptive, misleading and defamatory Amazon review of my memoir “For the Love of Russian Gold.”
